The
couch structure itself (at left) is still in good shape, but
its fabric is stained, faded, and has endured a lot of wear
and tear. After -- Very swell! Washable twills, canvas, and
denims get better and more comfy as time goes by. |

This
client asked us to cut up and cannibalize an existing "Surefit"
slipcover to create new custom slipcovers for this couch.
We combined the cannibalized brocade fabric of the old slipcover
with a heavy cotton canvas for subtle two-toned effects
in a muted, monochromatic palette. Sure fits better now.

White
denim and twill is actually easier to rejuvenate
than denim or twill in colors.. Why? Because you can add a
mere quarter cup of bleach to your wash to your whites to
remove stains and grime. One more reason that white slipcovers
aren't just for divas and the childless/ petless. |
